Role:
The role ensures efficient operation of HR and compliance functions at ICS, aligning with legal and accreditation standards (e.g., EduTrust, CPE). It supports staff welfare and upholds operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, visas, insurance, and offboarding.
Ensure HR policies align with ICS and Singapore labor laws.
Oversee staff evaluations and support welfare initiatives. - Compliance:
Conduct audits and policy reviews.
Support accreditation assessments (EduTrust, ACSI, WASC).
Ensure compliance with data protection laws (PDPA/GDPR). - HR Director Support:
Maintain digital files, track compliance, manage policies.
Coordinate SOP documentation and HR data/reporting. - Communication & Development:
Proactively communicate issues to supervisors.
Pursue ongoing professional development. - Other Duties:
Attend school events and perform additional assigned tasks. - Professional Demeanor:
Exhibit positive character traits and emotional stability.
Handle staff relations with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3-5 years of HR or compliance experience education sector preferred
- Familiarity with Singapore HR laws, PDPA, EduTrust, and CPE
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven thinking
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Able to adapt and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
