Job Description:
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to support talent acquisition efforts
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews and maintain detailed recruitment documentation and reports
- Handle work pass applications and issuance processes for foreign employees
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and coordinate onboarding arrangements
- Facilitate new employee orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records for new hires and those who have exited the company
- Support general HR activities, including updating leave balances, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll preparation and processing
- Manage the clearance process for departing staff
- Compile and verify employee attendance, timekeeping records, and overtime submissions
- Assist in organizing internal company events and staff engagement activities
- Help oversee administration of employee medical benefits
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare and generate reports for management review
- Carry out any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource related
- With 4 years of experience in HR related positions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
