Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and independent HR Officer to support the recruitment and HR operations of our construction companies. The candidate should be able to handle staff and workers recruitment efficiently and be familiar with MOM regulations, work pass applications, renewals, and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff and construction workers
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and arrange interviews
- Coordinate hiring process, onboarding, and orientation for new employees
- Process work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters
- Liaise with MOM, agencies, dormitories, and medical centres when required
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor workers pass expiry dates, medical check-ups, and renewals
- Assist with employment contracts and HR administrative matters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company policies
- Support daily HR operations and any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resource or related field
- At least 1 year of HR or recruitment experience preferred
- Experience in construction industry or handling foreign workers will be an advantage
- Familiar with MOM work pass procedures and onboarding process
- Able to work independently and handle multiple companies/projects
- Fast learner, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
