About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR & Admin Executive to support our daily operations. This is a hybrid role combining both human resource functions and administrative support, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
(1) HR Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Handle onboarding & offboarding (contracts, documentation, orientation)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and submit employment-related tax filings (e.g. IR8A, IR21)
- Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (Epass/ Spass / Work Permit)
- Track leave, attendance, and claims
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations
- Handle employee queries and basic HR matters
(2) Administrative Duties
- Provide day-to-day office administrative support
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general office upkeep
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Assist in documentation, filing, and reporting
- Support ad hoc operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR/Admin experience
- Familiar with Singapore HR practices, IRAS employment tax and MOM regulations
- Experience handling Work Pass application (WP/ Spass) is preferred
- Experience with payroll / HR systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Independent, proactive, and a good team player
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in SME / F&B / retail environment
- Exposure to both HR and administrative functions
