Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our HR operations for a period of 3 months. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely onboarding processes, and generating essential HR documentation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has an interest in the Singapore employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry of new hires into the HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment, contract addendums, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete, updated, and properly recorded in the HRIS and personnel files.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks as required.
  • Assist in compliance-related activities aligned with Singapore employment regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management in alignment with business needs.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in HR administration, onboarding, or HRIS data management is an advantage.
  • Conversant in Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
