Managing a team of HR and Payroll, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of people relationship, problem solving and policy application for resolutions.
The scope of functions extends to managing of a large, blue-collared workforce, including but not limited to:
recruitment and orientation
training and OJT
disciplinary & termination
personnel administration eg leave, grievances etc
policy revision and updates
accommodation and living maintenance
work pass matters
business licensing renewal
mandatory external audits and surveys
To qualify, the applicant must possess
a relevant diploma education
at least 3 continuous years experience in HR Management
exposure in managing a large workforce
keenness to work in a fast-paced environment
Working hours: 5-day week, 9am-6pm
