Job Description

Duties and Responsibilitiesshall include but not limited to:

  • Primary contact for all matters related to employee relations.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including handling of employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Prepare various HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, and promotion notices.
  • Manage and update employee records and leave balances in the internal HR system, ensuring all HR documents are kept confidential.
  • Help with performance evaluation processes and related simulations.
  • Propose enhancements to HR policies and frameworks to address current challenges.
  • Partake in the rollout of new HR projects and policies that are in line with organizational goals and comply with legal standards.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and handling employee grievances.
  • Handle special projects and occasional tasks as needed in HR management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in human resource practices.
  • Organize periodic corporate events and team-building activities.
  • Aid in the compilation of monthly reports on manpower.

Requirement:

  • Preferred a minimum of 2 years HR experience within the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Collaborative team member with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Knowledgeable in interpreting and advising on employment law applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Tech-savvy
  • Available to begin work immediately or with minimal notice.
