Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations across multiple outlets within the beauty & wellness industry. This role requires frequent outlet visits, active recruitment responsibilities, and close involvement in frontline staff management.

This role operates within a retail environment and requires flexibility to support weekend operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-spectrum HR functions across multiple outlets

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)

  • Partner with outlet managers on manpower planning and hiring needs

  • Travel across outlets to support staff management and operations

  • Oversee employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, performance, exits)

  • Drive staff performance, discipline, and engagement

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and counselling

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company SOPs

  • Support training and development of frontline staff

  • Track HR KPIs (attendance, turnover, hiring timelines, productivity)

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

  • 3-5 years HR experience with strong recruitment background

  • Prior experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or service industry required

  • Comfortable travelling across multiple outlets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred)

  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage frontline workforce

Work Schedule

  • 5-5.5 days work week

  • Must be available to support weekend operations when required

  • Off days will be scheduled on weekdays where applicable

  • Flexible to align with operational needs across outlets
