Conduct regular site visits and verify attendance, overtime, and site allowances for accurate payroll processing.

Manage Work Injury Matters

Coordinate work injury reporting, insurance claims, and WICA-related cases.

Drive Talent Management

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, training & development, and compensation & benefits across all levels.

Advise on Workforce Strategy

Provide HR recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and compliance.
