What The Role Is
You will be part of the team of HR business partners supporting designated business groups, providing HR strategic advice and solutions across HR domains including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent management, learning & development and guidance on HR policies, processes and programmes.
What You Will Be Working On
You will serve as a strategic liaison between corporate HR and business groups, establishing a strong partnership with the group's management team in implementing HR initiatives and programmes.
This role requires you to understand business needs and adopt a proactive and consultative approach with business groups in the continual review of HR policies and programmes, factoring in both business needs and organisational directions.
You will provide HR insights and advice to the business groups across the various HR domains, aligning them to HR policies and processes and playing a strategic role in the resolution of HR policy-related matters between business groups and corporate HR.
In addition, you may be assigned to other Centre of Excellence portfolio such as organisational planning and review, talent management programmes, or special HR projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant HR Business Partnering experience in aligning HR strategies with business needs
- An understanding of the workings and HR processes of the Public Service, as well as experience with Workday, is advantageous
- Independent yet a team player, with proven ability in working within and across HR teams in solutioning and resolution of complex issues
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting small or growing teams is highly valued, with the ability to navigate and manage ambiguity, as well as in adopting a proactive approach in solutioning and problem resolution
