Position Summary
This position is responsible for aligning our business objectives with employees and management. You will work closely with senior HR staff to develop and implement HR initiatives, providing generalist HR supportin engagement activities and interfaces with company managers, employees and regional HR staff. You will be exposed to the different aspects of HR such as HRIS system, policy reviews, compensation and benefits, learning management systems, recruitment and implementation of other exciting projects.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Human Resource Business Partnership
- Take on the responsibilities of Human Resource Business Partner for Asia South Team.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Assist in employee development initiatives, including performance management and training.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, by supporting and coordinating HR policy reviews and updating policies in accordance with local manpower regulations.
- Provide HR policy guidanceand interpretation to staff and management.
- Assist with internal surveys and employee engagement activities, driving employee wellness and corporate social responsibility efforts.
- Help in managing and resolving employeerelations issues.
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objectiveinvestigations when necessary.
Talent Management
- Responsible for maximising the value and effectiveness of LinkedIn as a strategic hiring platform for the global HR team community including managing the platform, driving best-practice hiring behaviour among recruiters/managers, strengthening employer branding presence, and using analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Serve as main global owner for LinkedIn Recruiter / Talent Hub / Career Page, manage licences, access, contract renewals and vendor relationship.
- Curate and refresh company page content (culture, values, employee stories) and collaborate with Communications to ensure alignment with Employee Value Proposition.
- Creatively leveraging on social media, using niche job boards and AI Recruitment tools to engage passive candidates to build a talent community.
HR Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and business partners for all entities globally.
- Collect, clean and analyse global HR data across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention, development).
- Identify global trends and insights (e.g., drivers of turnover, training effectiveness, talent pipeline gaps) and provide actionable recommendations to HR & business leadership.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BusinessManagement, Human Resource Management or other related fields.
Experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of human resourcesprocesses and best practices. Payroll experience would be an added plus but not required.
- In-depth understanding of labour law and employment regulations.
- Strong abilityin using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and good knowledge of HRIS Systemsa plus.
