Job Description
- Resume Mining & Market Scanning - Actively search for talent across various platforms including internal databases, LinkedIn, and JobStreet.
- Market & Industry Research - Conduct research on recruitment practices, employer branding trends, and real estate industry insights to support strategic hiring.
- Projects & Employer Branding Initiatives - Contribute to exciting HR projects such as digitalisation efforts and employer branding campaigns—create LinkedIn content, design EDMs, and assist with video editing.
- Recruitment Coordination & Admin Support - Manage key administrative tasks including candidate profile downloads, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Data & Reporting Support - Assist in preparing reports, infographics, and ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ad-hoc HR Projects - Get involved in various HR initiatives and projects, gaining broad exposure across the HR function.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Business, Human Resource or equivalent.
- Interest in the Human Resource and Talent Acquisition field.
- Meticulous and willing to learn, with can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS Excel or PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Canva or Video editing tools (Clipchamp) will have an added advantage.
