We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and versatile HR Intern to join our energetic team. This is an all-encompassing internship designed for someone who wants exposure to all facets of corporate HR. Rather than being siloed into a single function, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a comprehensive foundation in modern HR operations and play a key role in helping us build a collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment pipelines, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Supporting recruitment activities and events

2. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Assist in coordinating internal training programs, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Help maintain internal training databases and track participation and completion rates.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to compile evaluation reports for HR leadership.

3. HR Business Partnering (HRBP) & Employee Engagement

  • Support HR Business Partners in preparing data, workforce analytics, and presentation slides for departmental talent reviews.
  • Actively participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, cultural activities, and wellness programs.
  • Help maintain open communication channels across departments to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date digital employee profiles in our HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in drafting official corporate communications, policy reminders, and corporate confidentiality notes.
  • Support HR ops process by preparing offboarding checklists and documentation.
  • Ah-hoc support and activities as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive data and confidential information.
  • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn, adapt, and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
