To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidate to join our Human Resources Department.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Administrative Support
. Support the HR department by performing administrative tasks
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
HR Operations
. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HRIS
. Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits
. Generate reports and analytics from HRIS as needed
. Assist in implementing and updating HRIS systems and processes
. Administer benefits claims and answer employee questions
. Coordinate training logistics and administration
Recruitment and Talent Management
. Perform full spectrum of recruitment tasks (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.)
. Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers and teams
. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
. Manage job postings and advertisements
. Conduct reference checks and background verifications
Employee Support and Development
. Provide support and answer employee queries
. Assist in resolving employee relations issues
. Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
. Coordinate employee training and development programs
. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
. Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues within and outside the department
