Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to coordinate and administer requisitions requirements (E.g Update Org chart, drafting of JDs)
- Coordinate with internal team to prepare all documents Hiring Managers interview (E.g Printing of application forms, resumes etc)
Generalist (Operations)
- Supports in New Hire Onboarding process (E.g P-filing, Issuance of inventory, Photo-taking, Attendance registration)
- Supports in Offboarding process (E.g Asset return, Attendance deregistration)
- Supports in Data Entry (Eg. Key in Excel & HRIS)
- Support in WICA (Eg. Retrieve Documents from Staff and P-files)
- Supports in Contract Renewal/Work Pass renewal process
- Supports in process improvement projects from time to time.
Requirements: - Any Business, Finance, HR or Management Related - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (E.g Word, Powerpoint, Excel) - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Passion to pursue a career in HR
