Job Description
- Creation, updating of workers profile in the HRMS system & P-file
- Assist in maintaining & updating of employees leave application records in the system
- Assist the HR manager in preparation & processing of payroll for around 300 workers
- In-charge for submission of worker's Hospitalization claims to insurer
- Claiming of FWL levy upon workers back from home leave
- Application of relevant courses for employees
- Provide general support for all HR activities and events
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR field.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Meticulous, excellent writing, communication skills and good knowledge in Employment Act
. A good team player with high integrity and professional code of ethic
. Experience in construction industry is an advantage
. Company Transport is provided to the nearest MRT (Yew Tee)
