Your new role

As HR Manager, you'll take ownership of endtoend HR operations for the Singapore office while also providing regional support. This is a handson role where you'll balance operational excellence with strategic partnership, working closely with senior stakeholders based in Singapore. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll oversight, performance management cycles, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives. You'll also supervise one subordinate who provides support to HR, ensuring smooth daytoday operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• To thrive in this role, you should bring at least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• A strong background in fullspectrum HR management is essential, along with familiarity with HR systems such as Unit4, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
