Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, job offers and onboarding.

  • Identify and attract talent, especially hard-to-find or passive candidates, through niche platforms, online channels, social media and professional networks.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure a strong recruitment pipeline.

HR Operations

  • Prepare employment contracts, process confirmation and salary adjustments, handle work pass administration and manage staff benefits and leave administration.

  • Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS and ensure accuracy of records.

  • Maintain and organise staff personal files.

  • Prepare tax clearance for departing employees.

  • Oversee Time & Attendance administration.

  • Generate HR and manpower reports for management.
