Job Description & Requirements
- Monitors Accounts Receivables and Payables and reconciliation of payments and accruals
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements include cash flow, profit and loss statement and balance sheets
- Inventory monitoring and management, including monthly stock take
- Issuance of invoices, monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to general Ledger and preparation of intercompanies statement
- Responsible for monthly financial closing processes
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Perform accounting analysis.
