Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM matters.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, CPF, insurance, and WICA claims.
  • Manage foreign worker matters, including dormitory, levies, and repatriation.
  • Coordinate training programs, CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and safety-related courses.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH, and company policies.
  • Support employee relations, engagement activities, and HR administration.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
  • Experience managing foreign workers and payroll administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., QuickHR).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (IHRP/SHRI) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of BCA, CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and WSH requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
