Job Description:
1. Communicate with client to understand hiring needs, and compile JD accordingly
2. Post job advertisement on Jobstreet and Careersfuture
3. Filter suitable candidates as per client detail requirements, including reviewing resumes and talk to candidates to collect more information
4. Send candidates resumes with summarized information to client via email or Wechat
5. Arrange interview for candidates shortlisted
6. Negotiate with candidates that the client is going to offer, then draft offer letter accordingly
7. Liaise with client HR person in charge to smooth onboard matters of new joiners
8. Assist in Client's Singapore work passes application process
9. Clerical support and admin duties, back up some of superior's work scope when he/she is overseas, e.g. liaison with bank, tax authority, ACRA when superior is overseas
10. Other ad hoc duties or errands as assigned, E.g. tidying up documents for clients bank account opening.
Other Ad Hoc administrative duties, Willing to be corp. sec. position of a few affiliated companies (coming with extra compensation for every position held)
Job requirements:
1. ITE/Poly/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent major, or have long years experience in Human Resource.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, as needs to communicate with client in Chinese via email/wechat/verbally
3. Minimum 1-year Human Resource/Talent Acquisition/Hiring experience.
4. Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5. Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage
