Duties:
. Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, and part-time positions, including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining candidate pipelines, while supporting urgent hiring needs for events and project-based roles.
. Partner with management on manpower planning, organisational changes, and staffing priorities, and act as a key liaison between management and employees on HR-related matters.
. Oversee daily office administration and HR operations, including maintaining employee records, documentation, and leave tracking, while serving as the first point of contact for staff enquiries.
. Handle part-time workforce management, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll support, ensuring accurate and timely salary reporting, claims, and submissions to Finance.
. Provide ad-hoc support in manpower coordination, event logistics, and general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
. 2-5 years of experience in HR, operations, or office management
