Job Summary

You will manage recruitment and related HR processes, focusing on sourcing, hiring, onboarding, work pass applications, and employee record management to support the company's human resource functions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill company staffing requirements
  • Develop and update job descriptions and post job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source and place candidates efficiently
  • Maintain and update employee personal files (P-Files) ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding for departing employees to ensure smooth transitions
  • Prepare employment documents including letters of appointment, confirmation, and termination notices
  • Handle work pass applications by preparing, submitting, and following up with relevant authorities to secure timely approvals
  • Manage contract renewals by coordinating with employees and management to maintain workforce continuity
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates
  • Perform administrative tasks to support HR operations as assigned
  • Travel as required to fulfill recruitment and HR responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills applied to meet deadlines and maintain HR records
