Human Resource Executive

About the role

Transtar Travel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. As our Human Resource Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the overall human resource functions of our company. This full-time position is based in our Raffles Place office in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews and onboarding of new hires

2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures

3. Administer employee benefits, leaves and other HR-related matters

4. Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters

5. Collaborate with department heads on HR initiatives and projects

6. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and programmes to support the growth and development of our workforce

What we're looking for

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry

2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

4. Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems

5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

6. A team player who is proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality work
