Job Summary
You will manage comprehensive HR functions to support business operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering effective employee services that contribute to organizational growth and workforce stability.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions and leave management accurately and on schedule to ensure timely employee compensation
- Prepare and administer HR documents including employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, memos, and notices to maintain clear employee communication
- Manage employee claims and coordinate insurance-related claims to support employee welfare
- Administer payroll-related government claims and grants such as Levy Waiver, NS, Maternity, Paternity, and Childcare Leave to optimize company benefits
- Oversee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and repatriation processes to ensure legal workforce compliance
- Analyze manpower resource allocation and visa quotas to support strategic workforce planning
- Apply knowledge of MOM Employment Act to ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws
- Implement training programs and verify acquisition of necessary certificates and licenses to maintain regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, payment details, health records, and facilitate effective employee relations and communication
- Deliver HR services including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, employee relations, welfare, disciplinary, and grievance handling to foster a positive work environment
- Organize and maintain HR information systems for efficient data management
- Serve as the primary liaison with statutory boards such as CPF, MOM, and IRAS, and participate in statutory surveys and government grant submissions to ensure compliance
- Provide general office administration and business support to facilitate smooth operations
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support organizational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment-related regulations, specifically the MOM Employment Act, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience across various domains
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a people-oriented and pleasant disposition
