Job Description

The Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Junior Executive to support our HR operations. This role offers exposure to both payroll and general HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support HR operations including leave, claims, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
  • Plan and organise Employee Engagement Activities and Events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google workspace
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage, to support business needs
  • Must be able to start immediate or within a short period
