Job Description

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files accurately to ensure compliance and easy retrieval
  • Enter and update employee data in HR systems to keep records current and reliable
  • Assist recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, preparing job offers, and facilitating onboarding processes
  • Administer work pass applications including issuance, renewal, cancellation, and appeals to ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain backend Leave Management system and submit government-funded leave claims and levy waiver applications timely
  • Support performance management by coordinating appraisal processes and documentation
  • Manage employee benefits administration such as processing insurance claims efficiently
  • Participate in Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys by providing accurate HR data and responses
  • Identify training needs requested by operations, register employees for courses, and handle training grant applications
  • Handle staff disciplinary matters and grievances by documenting and coordinating resolution processes
  • Arrange dormitory accommodations for workers
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the company operations
