- Position : Human Resource Executive
- Location : Paya Lebar
- Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + 10 - 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, appeals and cancellations.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Handle work injury compensation, MOM reporting and insurance claims.
- Manage staff onboarding, offboarding, orientation and leave administration.
- Submit Government Paid Leave claims and maintain HR records/database.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings and coordination.
- Administer foreign worker levy matters and insurance updates.
- Coordinate training programmes and grant submissions.
- Maintain staff personal files and proper HR documentation.
- Support ISO audits, license renewals and new project preparation.
- Prepare HR reports for management and assist with HR administration.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations.
- Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
