Responsibilities
. To identify staff vacancies and manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals and offer.
. To coordinate job postings across job portals.
. To Create employees file and records.
. To Process and manage all employee Work Pass
. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
. Updates and ensures that new hire data are accurate in Workday and e-HR system.
Requirement
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
. Minimum 2 year of relevant experiences in recruitment.
