Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange interview logistics.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking system.

Payroll Administration

  • Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Handle CPF contributions, tax filings, and statutory requirements
  • Issue payslips and respond to payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of salary information.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Handle work passes, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in HR policies implementation and updates.
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

General HR Support

  • Assist in disciplinary matters and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of HR experience (recruitment and payroll preferred).
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
