Responsible for monthly full payroll cycle for approximately 250 employees including payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, and reports
Prepare and submit CPF contributions, yearly IR8A submission, IR21 for foreign employees
Prepare monthly payroll report and FWL report to accounts and reconcile account balances versus payroll information to maintain the accuracy of both recordkeeping
Assist on employees queries relating to payroll and discrepancy issues
Attend to payroll audit requests
Prepare the acceptance of resignation letter for resigned employees
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, etc
Process employee medical, insurance and WICA claims
Update and maintain accurate leaves and personnel data in HRIS system
Review and ensure compliance check with statutory legislation and Company's policies
Manage in-house time attendance records and Interface with payroll
Handle payroll related documents eg: Headcount report, Mandatory surveys, statistics by MOM and relevant regulatory bodies, audit check and etc
