Maintain and update employee database to ensure accurate personnel records and support payroll processing and leave management
Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure employee compensation compliance
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, extending employment offers, and facilitating onboarding to attract and retain talent
Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce eligibility
Maintain and monitor medical insurance and WIC including monitoring expiry dates and processing claims
Prepare Tax Clearance documentation to comply with statutory requirements and submit on time
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career growth
Maintain leave records and follow up on submission of leave forms and supporting documents to ensure accurate leave tracking
Organize company events to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
Manage applications and claims from government grants
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalents
Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Film
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good organization skills, time management, resourceful and able to multi-task
