Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Administer employee records, HR documentation, and maintain HR databases
Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws (MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, etc.)
Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with training coordination and staff development programs
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR advisory support
Prepare HR reports and support audits when required
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Singapore
Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
