Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Administer employee records, HR documentation, and maintain HR databases

  • Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee benefits

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws (MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, etc.)

  • Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement initiatives

  • Assist with training coordination and staff development programs

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR advisory support

  • Prepare HR reports and support audits when required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Singapore

  • Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
