Job Description:
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition and retention, payroll administration, and stakeholder interactions.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- GCE O-Level, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of progressive HR management experience within a private education institution is highly preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR management, workforce planning, and analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the execution of business plans.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
