We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our team to provide human resources and administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manages job postings and candidate sourcing
- Coordinates interviews with hiring managers
- Handles offer letters, contracts and onboarding processes
2) Benefit Administration and Payroll Processing
- Manages employee benefits including leave, claims and
payroll administration
3) Human Resource Data Management
- Maintains accurate and up to date employee records
- Generates Human Resource reports
- Ensures compliance with laws and regulations
4) Exit Management and Other Administrative Functions
- Manages exit management and other administrative functions
5) Human Resource initiatives or projects
- Assists in Human Resource projects assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resource experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with Human Resource System Infotech
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
