Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to independently manage training administration and employee engagement activities. This role will support staff development, learning coordination, and company engagement programmes to enhance employee experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

  • Coordinate and administer all training activities, including onboarding, internal and external training programmes.
  • Liaise with training vendors, internal trainers, and employees on training schedules and arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-house training programmes, including venue setup, preparation of training materials, liaison with trainers, coordination of refreshments and attendance tracking
  • Manage training records, attendance, evaluations, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in training needs analysis and annual training plan preparation.
  • Support SkillsFuture-related matters, where applicable (claims, records, reporting).

2. Employee Engagement

  • Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement activities such as staff events, celebrations, wellness programmes, and team-building activities.
  • Take initiative in garnering active participation for internal engagement programmes and campaigns
  • Coordinate company events including townhalls, festive activities, and internal campaigns.
  • Support employee communication initiatives and engagement surveys.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote positive workplace culture.

HR Administration Support

  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and general HR documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering, stock monitoring, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors on deliveries and invoices.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports related to training and engagement.
  • Design communication brochure to broadcast information on training and engagement activities
  • Follow up with institutions on internship programmes on any required paperwork, records and enrolment
  • Others ad-hoc task or HR projects assigned by HR Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in training administration or employee engagement.
  • Experience managing training coordination independently is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, meticulous, able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude with interest in people development and engagement activities.
