We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused HR Executive to support leave and training administration for our client. This role ensures accurate HR data management, smooth coordination of employee programs, and timely employee support, while contributing to process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Leave Administration
- Manage end-to-end leave processes including onboarding/offboarding, life events, and year-end reconciliation.
- Calculate and validate leave entitlements and balances in accordance with policies.
- Liaise with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Training Administration
- Maintain course catalogues and sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate registrations for internal, external, and mandatory eLearning programs.
- Manage training logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and catering.
- Support training grant submissions and handle procurement and payment processes (PR/PO).
- Track mandatory training completion and follow up with reminder communications.
Systems & Compliance
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and statutory updates.
- Maintain secure data archives to support annual and ad-hoc audits.
Communication & Support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above).
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
