Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide full HR generalist support to business units and employees on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating on job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in liaising with external recruitment agencies and organizations such as Employment and Employability Institute to support recruitment initiatives.
- Support HR programmes and initiatives in areas such as employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management.
- Assist in handling employee feedback and grievances and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports and support the generation of HR statistics when required.
- Assist in HR projects and undertake any other duties, as required.
Qualification and Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations in Singapore is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive team player who is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
