Job Summary
You will support HR operations across multiple service centres by managing HR administration, maintaining accurate records, updating HR systems, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts and renewal letters to support workforce management
- Update and maintain HRMS data to ensure current and reliable HR information
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling, to facilitate timely hiring
- Maintain training records and track compliance to support employee development and regulatory adherence
- Assist in compiling HR reports and data to inform decision-making and monitor HR metrics
- Support vendor coordination and general HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration demonstrating meticulousness and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. JustLogin or similar HRMS)
- Experience in handling HR administrative processes in a multi-site or service environment
- Basic understanding of Singapore employment practices (leave, contracts, documentation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and able to follow through tasks independently
Other Information
- Experience in the social service, healthcare, or community care sector will be an advantage
- Able to support multiple stakeholders across different locations
- Comfortable with administrative and process-driven work
- Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
