We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded Human Resource Executive / HR Generalist to support and manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role suits an individual with hands-on HR experience who is able to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and support both operational and people-focused initiatives. The role covers recruitment coordination, payroll administration, employee relations support, and HR compliance, with exposure to continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, HR letters, and personnel documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, IRAS)
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR and employee enquiries
- Support employee relations matters, probation confirmations, and contract renewals
- Assist with employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and internal communications
- Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with applicable employment regulations
- Support HR reporting, audits, and ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant HR operations or generalist experience
- Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory HR requirements
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
