Who are we looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support and enhance our people operations. This role plays a key part in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting both employees and management in day-to-day HR matters.
The ideal candidate is organised, people-focused, and able to balance administrative responsibilities with employee engagement and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional experience for new hires.
Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation
Handle probation tracking, confirmations, and employee status updates.
Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
3. Compensation and Benefits
Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Maintain compliance with government regulations regarding claims.
Manage compensation-related matters for foreign employees in compliance with legal requirements.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and basic HR support.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company-level events such as team bonding activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
Support initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
5. Policy and Compliance
Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and local employment regulations.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation compliance.
6. Performance and Data Management
Assist in coordinating performance review processes.
Track and report attendance and work performance metrics.
Extract, compile, and analyse work related data from various business tools.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure proper storage and access control of HR records and documents.
Adhere to company policies and relevant data protection regulations.
What are the skills required
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the role may involve communication with Chinese speaking clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver presentations as required.
Comfortable working with numbers, with strong numerical and analytical skills to support reporting, tracking, and decision making.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficient in HRMS software / Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
