Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll and statutory related submissions (e.g. CPF, Income Tax)
Administer Work Injury Compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc
Handle staff onboarding/offboarding & staff orientation
Submit Government Paid Leave Claim
Leave Management
Organise employee communication platforms and activities
Identify training and development needs of employees, coordinate for training arrangement and training grant submission
Ensure timely update of employees database, proper filing system and smooth office administration
Monitor staff confirmation and medical insurance member insertion/deletion
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred
Preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration and payroll
