Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume talent acquisition, performance management, operations and employee engagement
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including work pass application
- Work Pass renewal and management
- Attend to employees and management on HR-related issues
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related experience in HR
- Diploma/degree in Human Resource Management or Related Certification
