Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Pass Management: Apply, renew, and track work passes (EP, S Pass, WP) for employees, handling all work pass-related queries.
  • Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll and CPF contributions.
  • CPF Lodgement: Ensure monthly CPF contributions are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Tax Filing (IR21/IR8A): Prepare and file IR21 (Departure Tax Form) and IR8A (Employee's Income Tax Form) in compliance with IRAS regulations.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding of new hires, ensure a smooth offboarding process, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • General HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR records, employee files, and HRIS, and provide general HR support.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) license preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.,Justlogin, HReasily, etc.) preferred.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
