Job Scope

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance, and employee relations
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and organizational development

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Plan manpower needs based on business growth and project pipeline
  • Oversee hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding

3. Employee Performance & Development

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop competitive salary structures and incentive schemes
  • Manage payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs
  • Ensure fairness and alignment with market benchmarks

5. Employee Relations & Culture

  • Build a positive and productive workplace culture
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Improve employee engagement and retention

6. Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain proper employee records and documentation

7. Organizational Development

  • Improve company structure, workflows, and team efficiency
  • Drive change management initiatives
  • Support business transformation and growth

8. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee daily HR operations and administration
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, retention, productivity)
  • Prepare reports for management decision-making
