Job Description:
. To assist with day-to-day operations in administrative and HR department
. To assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging interviews, onboarding and off-boarding process)
. Preparing Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Employment contracts, etc.
. Process monthly payroll, leave management, medical record, attending to employee queries on all HR matters.
. Responsible for statutory submission/claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims)
. Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the payroll system
. Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues (Process work pass applications, renewal, cancellations, etc.)
. Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
. Minimum 3 years of related e working experience
. Preferably Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
. Preferably with hands-on experience of Info-tech payroll software
