Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Executive. You will support various HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and managing related administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with local HR policies and procedures, and liaising with relevant authorities as needed
- Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal files, contract renewals, and salary increments
- Implementing and managing HR software systems
- Coordinating with external parties for matters related to ISO, insurance renewals, and applications
- Supporting payroll processes and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Collaborating with HR team members to implement solutions that support business growth
- Managing internal databases such as leave records (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave)
- Assisting with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) applications and related duties
- Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
