. Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
. Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
. Manage all worker-related matters, such as course enrollments,
certifications, work permits, and dormitory arrangements.
. Ensure all HR documentation is up to date, including employment contracts, HR policies, and training records.
. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
