Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration
- Build and maintain talent pipelines while working closely with hiring managers on manpower needs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and general workplace enquiries
- Coordinate training programmes, development initiatives, and performance improvement plans
- Support managers in goal setting and monitoring employee performance across the organisation
- Maintain employee records and ensure strict confidentiality of HR documentation and data at all times
- Prepare HR reports covering recruitment performance, employee turnover, and workforce insights
- Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, company policies, and employment standards
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all parties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
