Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines while working closely with hiring managers on manpower needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and general workplace enquiries
  • Coordinate training programmes, development initiatives, and performance improvement plans
  • Support managers in goal setting and monitoring employee performance across the organisation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure strict confidentiality of HR documentation and data at all times
  • Prepare HR reports covering recruitment performance, employee turnover, and workforce insights
  • Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, company policies, and employment standards
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - training will be provided
