Job Description:
. Handle full-cycle recruitment (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination)
. Process Work Permit / S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
. Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
. Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking
. Handle daily HR and administrative duties
Requirements:
. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in Singapore (mandatory)
. Familiar with MOM regulations and WP/SP processes
. Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
